We take our responsibility to teach your kids the truth of Scripture seriously. Willow Ridge Kids exists to partner with parents in engaging, equipping, and sending the next generation to make known the truth of the gospel. Whether it's fun events during the year, special worship performances, or weekly Sunday gatherings, everything we do is designed to help your children embrace what God's word has in store for them. Safety
We value the safety and security of your kids, and strive to provide to provide the best environment possible for your children to learn and grow. We do extensive background checks on our volunteers and have a thorough registration system to ensure that your children are safe and cared for at every step. Volunteers experience on-going training in both procedure/policy and gospel-centered teaching. On Sundays, we provide you and your children a name tag with a unique alphanumeric code when you check in. Parents must provide a tag with a matching code in order to pick up their child.
Fun, Fun, Fun
It's no surprise that when children have fun at church, they want to come back. Our team always ensures that they are teaching in new fun and exciting ways so that your kids are fully engaged in hearing about the gospel. Your kids will see bible-centered video content, play games, work toward memorizing Scripture and more! We do everything we can to instill a value for the Bible in every child who visits Willow Ridge so that when they leave, they come home with a desire to continue the conversation!
Creative Bible Teaching
The Bible is the greatest story ever told, and we think there's nothing more important to talk about with your kids! Your children will interact with scripture through fun activities and discussions, and you can expect all of our curriculum to point toward the Word of God. We want every child to develop a love for God’s word and to understand their need for a Savior, Jesus Christ. Scripture and what it means is at the center of everything we do at Willow Ridge, and our Kids Ministry is no exception!
First Time Guest?
Bringing your kids for the first time? We're here to help make it as easy as possible! We offer Kids Discipleship at 9:00AM, alongside Student and Adult Discipleship. At 9:50AM, everyone gathers in our auditorium for Fellowship with coffee, drinks, and snacks prior to our 10:15AM worship service. If you're visiting and only planning to attend our worship service, please arrive by 10:00AM, as you'll need to provide us with some basic household information so we can add your children into our secure Check-In database. This information includes essential family contact information, your child's age and grade, and other special information such as allergies or disabilities — and it will allow us to keep you informed on the latest news and events for Willow Ridge Kids.
